Things I have noticed

As I try to advance the team I try to take a step back sometimes and see what is happening to the team. Be at the last game I saw alot of things that opened my eyes that I really think need to be addressed.

1. Team Deathmatch is played to much, I know we usually have a small group but we are really hurting ourselves with lack of situation play.
2. Speed Ball needs to be banned. Yes it is fun, but its not really that rapid pace, The Barn is nice but we play front vs back way to much. Yes some people still struggle with CQB like myself but the majority of the team has a pretty good grip on how to play that field.
3. WOODS. WOODS. WOODS: we really need to play this more I know most people hate it, but really people struggle in this department and since this is what you face in most airsoft games other then ASL and SOA.
4. Team work/ Communication: as a team, we should really work as one, instead we work as a individual person and really don't accomplish anything this is probably becasue we play to much speed ball.

On a Orginization level
1. Time people need to learn to be on time, if this was a High school sport people would be kicked off. 9am means 9 not 9:05.
2. Sticking to the Intel this is mostly my fault. we need to play the games assigned not just lets do this or this
3. Breaks are way to long! we play three games and people start to smoke or talk about random stuff talk about your kills on the designated break or on the AAD
4. Load up before you come to the field: I am guilty of this if you have 100 mags to fill to that the night before. It helps get games started.
5. Bring what you need, don't expect people to let you borrow things: I.E. Batteries, BBs, Guns and other stuff.
